These exquisite ornaments are cut, filed, polished, and painted by hand using proprietary techniques by a husband and wife team of artists in central Colombia who create fair wage jobs in their local community. Each ornament comes with a blank notecard & envelope. A perfect way to send a note of thanks, get well, sympathy, or birthday wishes.
The envelope is 6in x 4.5in.

I have bought many of these beautiful monarch ornaments for myself and as gifts. When you see them up close, they are so spectacular! All of these ornaments are a fantastic and beautiful work of art :)
Photos don't capture how well these butterflies catch the light! I saw a display of several strung together on one line and it was gorgeous to see them all shimmer in the sun. Even a single butterfly is enough to brighten a room. Place it near a window or light for the best effect. They are thinner than expected (in a good way) and come with nice packaging.
