I've been wanting one of these beautiful mobiles for ages and finally bought one a few weeks ago, only to have it end up absolutely destroyed by UPS in the mail. I emailed Tulia's and they got back to me immediately, sending a replacement via USPS at no cost. My new robin arrived today and it's a perfect little friend. Would absolutely recommend.
