I purchased this brooch at my local art museum, Detroit Institute of Art, after touring a day of the dead (ofrendas) exhibit. The brooch represents many of the skulls that I saw. It has a lot of detail and is beautiful! I have attached it to a pillow and it’s my own tiny ofrenda.
