These mobiles are perfectly balanced for the most graceful movement.  Just pull and release the bottom string and watch them fly. Each is constructed of medium-density fiberboard, hand-painted, and decorated with dyed tagua nuts.  These whimsical flyers are handcrafted by a woman-owned business that employs single moms and internally displaced Afro-Colombians.

ITS SO WORTH IT I LOVE IT SO MUCH

Basically it arrived quickly, is a decent size, is VERY cute, and actually works!
For me it arrived about 3-4 days after ordering, which was genuinely shocking, is about 8 inches long when eyeballing it, and seems about a 1.5-2 feet long!
It’s easy to untangle if you’re like me and waited a week to put it up, and a solid material! I don’t feel like it’s gonna break if I tug on it too hard, which is a lot better than expected!
Overall definitely don’t regret buying! :)

smaller than expected

For the price, I'd expect the product description and the product to match but sadly the wing span on this bird is only about 21in instead of the advertised 23in. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful mobile, with some imperfections (random black smudges), but I had a pleasant surprise when I noticed the use of pearlescent paint on the wings. Smaller than expected but a nice work of art.
